Europa is like a mashup of Journey, Gris, Super Mario Sunshine, Pokemon Snap, BOTW and somehow even Halo (chapter 14).
It's mechanically simple and utilizes a pretty straightforward gameplay loop.
The art direction and music composition are stellar.
While it doesn't push the genre forward, it borrows from what came before & provides a extremely fun experience and delivers a beautiful message.
