You can't select resolutions higher than 1080p unless you have Windows scaling set to 100%.
So to play this game at native resolution of 1440p, I would have to go and change my Windows settings from 125% scaling to 100% and then back when I'm done playing. Every single time.
I'm guessing there is no way to fix it since the way I found out about this was from a post made 6 years ago by a Neocore staff member.
I want simple and essential stuff like this to just work, which is why I can't recommend this game.

Managed to save 84 GB by compressing a few games.
The slowest compression is indeed very slow. Took almost 20 minutes to compress a 73 GB game, but I saved 30 GB on that alone.
I went with fastest and balanced for the others, which went by very fast compared to the slowest method.
I would prefer being able to see the compression stats for different games within the program itself instead of a website, but it's nice to at least have the option to see the stats.
If possible, I would like it to show time remaining when compressing.
It would also be great if you could see which compression algorithm was used for each game in CompressorX.
I would definitely recommend it if you wanna save some space by compressing your games, but I think it would be even better if it could compress anything.

EDIT: Opened the program again today to compress some more games and noticed that it takes just as long to build the list of installed games as last time. I have to wait quiet a while before I can do anything.
I hope this process can get a bit faster in the future with some updates.

EDIT 2: One thing I would really like would be an option to vote if a compressed game works or not. Or maybe a comment system or something. I just had one game that didn't launch at all and another that had most of the textures missing. It would be nice if we could see this while looking at the compression stats.

The game is not optimized at all. It runs like absolute garbage even though it should be able to run on anything.

Great to have a way to donate to the developer of this great software while getting a completely optional feature as a bonus.

I think this game could become good in a few years, but there is a long way to go currently.
If they added more skills and ways to customize those skills instead of being tied to weapons, it would start to feel more like an ARPG.
More interesting gearing and a focus on making the combat animations more satisfying and impactful would also help a lot.
I hope to see some great updates as development continues, but I can't recommend it in its current state.

Awesome old school graphics and addicting roguelite gameplay.
There is a lot of fun to be had with this one.

I'll recommend this with the caveat that you have to be into janky, indie, old school RPGs. It also feels more like a shared world RPG than an MMO.
There is not a lot of hand holding. You gotta read dialogue, notes, etc.
It feels like a 20+ year old RPG. It's janky, some places the world can feel pretty empty except for the monsters roaming around, the cities look like an average base built in ARK or Conan Exiles or some other survival building game, but it has its charm.
The combat skills and gearing is pretty fun overall.
One thing that makes me want to not recommend it is the camera stutter. It's most noticeable when walking sideways while moving the camera and when jumping. I tried the demo a few years ago and didn't buy the game because of it.
Unfortunately it's still a thing so I would try the demo and see if it's something you can live with before buying it.

Great game, great story.
Lots of fun dialogue throughout and a lot of variety in terms of places and environments.
I got a little tired of the traversal midway through the game, but otherwise had a great time playing it.
The story is definitely what carries this game. I would not buy it if you're only looking for looking for fun gameplay mechanics. It's not that the gameplay mechanics are bad, but they're not that great either and there's not a lot of variety.
Playing with a DualSense controller felt very immersive and is something I would recommend doing if you own one.

Decent soulslike but janky in some places.
Parrying is very awkward because there's a delay before it happens. I ended up just never parrying which is a shame.
The story is alright but could be more fleshed out and told in a more coherent way.
Walking through memories got old pretty quick and felt like a cheap way for the developers to add to the story with no real effort, instead of doing some short cinematics.
Excluding the parry mechanic, combat is pretty fun.
Overall just a pretty decent game.
