@Kit If I'm wrong then I apologise but when I booted up the game the EULA I got was completely Chinese with no option to change to English. Everything in my review was translated from Chinese to English, so perhaps you are after translation errors? Anyway, I felt like doing people a service and providing some of the EULA for people to read, since there does not seem to be an English option. Important that users understand what they are agreeing to.

Your Lost Light review is incorrect. The EULA is available in English, and doesn't contain anything you mentioned.
