Crusading with the bois

Wow. What a masterpiece. Both in story telling and gameplay. It took me way too long to get around to play this absolute gem. At first I thought it would just be a typical platformer, but I couldn't have been more wrong. This game tells an absolutely amazing story about depression and its struggles, which only gets complimented by the incredible gameplay and level design. I can't stress how beautiful the story is, it made me cry several times. It's flawless and I would recommend this game to anyone. 10/10. Now, back to 100%ing this game.

I feel like the survival aspect of the game is completely misplaced. It would have functioned better if it would play closer to Diablo II for example, instead of a worse Diablo II but it has survival. To be fair, I'm not very far into the game yet, however it feels like I've spent 90% of my time crafting and inventory manage and mindlessly run across the map than actually play the game. I see that the game has interesting combat systems and skill trees, but I don't want to play inventory manager simulator for 90% of my play time just so I can actually go and have fun for a few minutes.

By the way: Your character moves IN SLOW MOTION! It's incredibly frustrating, beyond belief how SLOW your character feels. I should be a powerful vampire, instead I feel like a snail crawling along the floor. Before you say "you get the wolf transformation early on!" even the wolf form is pathetically slow.

I won't give up on this game because I really want to like it. The setting and the top down Diablo II style gameplay really resonates with me, I will keep playing and give a further updated review once I give it a proper shot over the next few days.

Major Order complete Helldivers. Another victory for democracy!

Even after over 20 years, this is still the best RTS game out there. STILL receiving free updates, balance patches and DLC. AoE2 has hundreds of hours worth of single player content, not to mention the infinite potential of content through custom maps and excellent randomly generated maps with competent and challenging AI for any level of player. I highly recommend this game to anyone who loves RTS games, casual or competitive. Plus the online community is extremely active and friendly, with tons of YouTube channels if you want to dive deeper into this game. 10/10
