This game is a very good example of what you can do with free2play-title. You can either pay a low sum of 20$ to open up every champion that is and will be in the game or you can just play the game and earn ingame currency to buy them. The ingame currency drops at a pretty high rate so you'll get all champs in a matter of one to two months. I suggest you to try this game if you like fps-games.

This game's developers stopped listening to community and are going to include an easy cash crab for this game called cards unbound. This game is no longer just free2play. This is going to be pay2win. I suggest you to stay away from this game unless they are going to decide not to release cards unbound.

Hi-Rez finally listened to the community and removed the Cards Unbound from the game. They removed it in OB67 and now we are on OB69. This game's future is looking good and it's now back where I can happily recommend it for everyone. They have made the UI cleaner and continue to do so while the game is nearing release.

I will update this review to reflect my view of this game as the game progresses in beta.
