"Running out of GPU memory" while booting with a RTX 3060, I don't think so.

Ein wirklich sehr gelungenes Spiel!
Die Steuerung mit Gamepad ist super, das Kampfsystem ist sehr leicht zu verstehen.
Trotz einfacher Mechaniken der Gegner nutzt das Spiel diese perfekt aus und verschachtelt sie manchmal zu kniffligen Situationen. Die Story Erzählung ist angenehm gestaltet und mysteriös gehalten.
Es schließt sich immer mehr auf wenn man fleißig die zurückgelassenen Journale findet.
Nach dem ersten Durchlauf verändert sich das Spiel etwas, was genau werde ich nicht drauf eingehen da es Spoilern würde. Einzige Sache zu beachten, es ist ein relativ kurzes Spiel wenn man das Kämpfen beherrscht und sich bisschen ransetzt mit knobeln. Ich war in ca. 7 Stunden mit dem ersten Run durch. Was es aber zu keinem schlechten Spiel macht!
Und die Musik erst.. ich liebe sie!

Always sneaky always stabby!

Well so we are here again in the review.

I have to say, Monster Hunter never catched me on the other platforms because of those fps there.
But here I was like "Hmm give it another try on PC" ...
And.. I fell in love with it!

Me and my three mates just grinded oru ares off because we didn't check the time often. It was and is so much fun, currently im waiting for the DLC Iceborn to get my hands on and to start it all again!
Best part is always when one of your mates dies nearly at the end and kills the quest than. Thatst he moment in Teamspeak for a short silence... followed by "You idiot, you wood head, go eat some glue etc." We love those moments always good for a laugh. So take those wipes with fun and not salt <3

So I think I've played the game enough now to write a proper review.

I was already playing at release times but then took a very long break because I didn't really like the game. After about two years I gave it another try and was positively surprised how much has changed.

The only thing I have left to miss at the moment is that it is technically so bland from lvl 1 - 50 Story that many newcomers leave the game which is a pity because the game is not bad only the beginning is very bland.
Now to the Pro's and Con's:

Pro's

- A lot of group content
- Many Instances, Raids, Dungeon, Trials (Boss fights)
- Crafting possibilities from lvl 1 - 70 and the possibility of it in high quality to Crafter.
- Cross server search (you can run instances with friends who are on other servers).
- Despite the age a really nice graphic. Especially the light effects.
- Content wears out very slowly
- Regular patches with new features or content
- Absolutely no pay to win
- Casual player content and hardcore player content.

Con's:

- The combat system is unfortunately not action style. Still very demanding in the end game which is good!
- As in every game the community is towards the end in high rank mostly very serious or even a bit toxic.
- Support reacts fast but with sporadic answers to game-related questions.
- Ingameshop is expensive (cosmetics etc.) but no pay to win.
- Players look at FFLogs for their stats on how to do damage/heal if they take you into the hardcore content.

Also ich denke ich habe das Spiel nun genug gespielt um ein ordentliches Review zu schreiben.

Ich habe damals schon zu Release Zeiten gespielt allerdings dann eine sehr lange Pause gemacht, weil mir das Spiel tatsächlich einfach nicht gefallen hat. Nach ca. zwei Jahren allerdings habe ich dem ganzen nochmal ein Versuch gegeben und wurde positiv überrascht wie viel sich doch verändert hat.

Das einzige was ich derzeit noch zum Aussetzen habe ist das es von lvl 1 - 50 Story technisch echt so fad ist das viele Neulinge das Spiel wieder verlassen was schade ist denn das Spiel ist nicht schlecht nur der Anfang ist sehr fad gestaltet.
Nun mal zu den Pro's und Con's:

Pro's

• Sehr viel Gruppenkontent
• Viele Instanzen, Raids, Dungeon, Prüfungen (Boss kämpfe)
• Crafting Möglichkeiten von lvl 1 - 70 und die Möglichkeit es in Hoherqulität zu Crafter.
• Serverübergreifende suche (Man kann mit Freunden die auf anderen Servern sind zusammen spielen z.b Instanzen laufen.)
• Trotz des Alters eine wirklich schöne Grafik. Besonders die Lichteffekte.
• Kontent verschleißt sehr langsam
• Regelmäßige Patchs mit neuen Features oder Content
• Absolut kein Pay to win
• Casual Spieler Content und Hardcore Spieler Content.

Con's:

• Das Kampf System ist leider nicht im Action style. Dennoch im End game sehr fordernd was gut ist!
• Wie in jedem Spiel die Community ist gegen Ende im High rank meist sehr ernst oder gar bisschen toxic.
• Support reagiert schnell aber mit sporadischen Antworten auf spielbezogene Fragen.
• Ingameshop ist teuer (Kosmetik etc.) dafür aber kein pay to win.
• Spieler schauen auf FFLogs nach deinen Stats wie man Schaden macht/Heilt ob sie einen mit in die Hardcoreinhalte nehmen.

Well, I played that way earlyer than in Steam, it´s part of my childhoot so do belive me if I say THIS IS AN AWESOME GAME!
I spend so many hours on playing this, Story mode, custom games, own mapping and just spawning stuff to let it fight each other (thinking as child about a story why, while they do fight). But the most fun part was I was able to kick my older brother´s ass! LAN gaming made it so much more fun and now thats easy to play with friends.

Da nun dieser lästige DLC Kontent weg ist und man nun wirklich alles Ingame erarbeiten kann (Kaufen mit Kredits die man nach jeder Runde bekommt). Ist dieses Spiel wirklich gut, mir und meinem Team macht es sehr viel Spaß auch wenn ich desöfteren gegen sie spiele da ich Monster einfach zu geil finde.

Im Fazit:

Pro:

+ Gute Steuerung
+ Sehr gute Klassen Balance
+ Alles Ingame erreichbar
+ Tägliche Belohnung
+ Herausforderungen
+ Gute Klassen (Für jeden was dabei)

Con:

- Die Community ist manchmal echt fürn A*sch
- Mehr Möglichkeiten mit der Psyche der Jäger zu spielen (mehr Freiraum in Karten bzw. größere)


Wünsche:

Eventuell noch mehr Jäger sowie auch Monster.

Well I really enjoy this game but the really need to work on the performance

Well I played enough hours to write review now. So This game is pretty awesome, because why?

Pros+

+ Mostly Good teamplay with randoms
+ Without teamplay your dead before you can realise it
+ Nice community
+ ESL players here are a strong enemy
+ Performance got way better than it was in the beginning (got 80 FPS because Nosgoth is 32bit programmed)
+ Nice Weapon mix with bonis
+ Different classes (More comming)


Con-

- Sometimes Laggy because 32bit programmed
- Some small bugs but not that bad (Open Beta)
- Leavers when they see there going to lose the match

Well there we go, i played this game now 25h and im keep playing it :D
Because why? Because when you have some friends to play with than this game is perfect made for you if you like a hard survival game. The game it self, trys to kick your ass all the time again with anything.

And as i said before, if you have a good team with some friends you can survive pretty long. But always keep in mind, the game isn´t your friend. With every ingame day it just becomes harder and harder.

The main thing is to not starve, and to survive the winter which you have ,,lots of time" WRONG!
you just have like 22 - 26 ingame days, but in these days you have to do so much other stuff that winter is pretty soon for your door and you don´t have the equipment to survive it.

Anway for this game i give 10/10 top game!
