Amazing game. Sunk 24 hours into it in the first 2 and a half days of playing.

Great game with a ton of content. I've easily put hundreds of hours into this series. Would love to see a revamped minor settlement battle system as well as more content for old world factions.

Review-bombing tanks a game. Less buyers make it lose funding. If you like this game/the idea of Cities Skylines 2, support it by buying, playing, and leaving constructive feedback.

In terms of performance issues, I found that disabling motion blur and depth of field (especially DoF) increased my framerate from 15 fps to 80 fps.

It's got some issues, but I still recommend as this game is a huge improvement from original or HD edition. Hoping they fix some of the crashes soon. Was right about to win a ranked game and got a crash and have experienced crashes in the past. Aside from that, the new content is great and the graphics are very nice.

Update: They have fixed some stability issues and are still working on fixing more.

My favorite game. If you like Paradox's other games (Europa Universalis in specific) and a bit of an RPG aspect thrown in there, this is a game for you. It does have a VERY steep learning curve though. Especially for those who have not played other Paradox grand strategy games. For those who are new to the genre, give it a good and long chance and learn it and this game is likely entertain you for so many hours at a time. If you want to play this with a friend though, it can be annoying. In multiplayer if you run the game past 2x speed it's likely someone else will desync and you'll have to restart your game. This has been happening a lot more since the latest DLC, Holy Fury, came out as well (only when playing with other people who do not have the DLC). DLC is kind of a must if I'm being honest but you can slowly work up to having them all as there is a lot of them. Overall, though, this is a great game mainly for singleplayer. I have learned it isn't for everyone but if you love history, altering history, being a medieval ruler and conquering other nations, or just grand strategy type games in general, you'll love this game.

Constant grind as a space ninja all for nothing really.

Just from the couple hours that I've played this game, I can definitely recommend it. It doesn't seem very buggy and it's an overall interesting and fun game. Being a survival game it still isnt one of those grindy ones like ARK for example. It also has plenty of content even for early access. Worth the $20.
