Does not shirk duties, and can share the workload with other people in the team to achieve maximum group output – but does not do so consistently. Not good at planning and monitoring the work of team-members. Aiming for a top job in the organization. They set very high standards, aware that this will bring attention and promotion. Not especially neat and tidy, but adequate for the job. Always assured and confident in demeanour and presentation of ideas without being aggressively over-confident.
