Has pros and cons all over the place. It will pass the time but you'll probably spend 20 minutes watching the other player struggle to weave a combo together. Theres plenty of starter decks to get you going. The solo mode isnt terrible. The worst and most tedious part comes from how necessary it feels to play meta decks. If you want gems to get more cards and experiment, you need to win or grind. If you thought you could just join up and play a meme deck from years ago you're going to have a bad time. The prices for virtual card packs are also incredibly high. I feel like they should be posted on the steam store so you dont have to look up what im talking about, I didnt download the game knowing my wallet had a target painted on it.

Incredibly fun and polished.

I'm enjoying the game. It has many popular mechanics that made other games classic. Rimworld artstyle, Terraria progression, Dont Starve mechanics all blended together well.

For the negative reviews complaining about invasions ruining their fun, there is an option to disable them when you join your world that is really easy to disable. Disregard those reviews/complaints completely.

I dont think this game will ever be finished.

Update: Most recent Multiplayer update is enjoyable for the price (december 2021)

Its less stressful than Tarkov, but more interesting than apex or any other battle royale. Your character and their weapons will carry over between games and level up as you play. When you die, your character is gone and you start over with what money youve banked on your account. You can play at your own pace knowing that there might be something on the line, which is a feeling that goes for both parties in a shoot out. It isnt as gun-ho as some other battleroyales where you drop in and dont care if you die in the first thirty seconds. The matches are paced well and the gun fights are intense. The atmostphere is crafted well too. Spooky and full of monsters. I enjoy this game.
