Combat is good and engaging
Story is pretty solid so far tbh
Deluxe edition is worthless given how you can get every item and all the micros in game and quite frequently
Performance is fine on my rig which is like midline from 3ish years ago just lower your settings and stop crying

I don't normally review anything I play but this game is a rare exception to that. The writing and narrative design has been wonderful, the weapon designs are of two philosophies: space age and modern military which is semi realistic. Leveling up feels rewarding because you actually have to use the skills you want to focus on in order to upgrade them which adds to the roleplaying aspect of the game. Character creation is pretty good given the background/trait system other than that its pretty standard fare for bethesda. Ship combat is ok, but fun if you like dogfighting.
REMINDER TO ALL SPACE IS THE BACKDROP NOT THE PLAYGROUND
Everything you do is relegated to planetside activities, while space and space ships are there, this is NOT No man's sky and I respect the decision not to make it so.
As of writing this review I feel the game could use some optimizing because I have a pretty above average rig and have the occasional stutter or audio glitch, but its both still a fresh game and a bethesda game so I expect some TLC is needed.
All in all i'd rate the game a 8.5 out of 10 with my only gripes being general bethesda bugginess and the universal constant of immortal quest related npc's whom many plot issues could be solved with a swift execution lol

This game more than lives up to the nostalgia vision of the past incarnation. What few complaints I had with the original have been eliminated with quality of life improvements in this iteration of the series. As someone who played all of the games I highly suggest playing this as it is now one of the best in the series.

I bought this game and immediately sunk five hours into it. I greatly reccommend it

This game is absolutely amazing for a two dimensional moba, I loved it the second I pressed play and I would highly reccomend it to anyone interested in playing it
