It's basically the only good aim trainer on steam.

Great: it has steam workshop and because of that, you can use really good playlists for training and improving your skill and score.

bad: Framerate has issues sometimes, its not really optimized well.
The "Training mode" is pretty bad, as you need to start over everytime. You start with flicking, and then it tells you where you miss most of the time, which generally should be great, but it does so over and over and spirals down into madness, where it tells you everytime again that most shots missed are in the bottom right quadrant, and it adds more targets there, so of course you will miss more of those even if you hit the same percentage of them, as there are more in total.

I can recommend the workshop integration, but not the trainer
