Five years have passed and Valve continues to do nothing to solve the bot problem disrupting Casual mode. It's hard to be excited by seasonal updates when bots take over the servers the day after. I love this game so much and have been playing for over a decade, but I can't give it my full support or recommendation until the problems are fixed.

Either stick to community servers, or take your play time somewhere else.
