So I am having a blast with the Game and I really enjoy playing it. The recent patches to Dodge Roll, Checkpoint Teleport and Honor Fixes were great.
[ ! ] --> But I also had a lot of problems with crashes and freezes, even being forced to hard reboot my PC, because of the Game, here is a update to my Problems:

I finally found a fix in the PoE2 Reddit for my Problems:

Fix that helped me:

> Download the program "Process Lasso"
> Open PoE 2 in Steam

> Inside "Process Lasso"
> Active processes
> Find "PathOfExileSteam.exe" and Right Click
> CPU Affinity
> Always
> Disable SMT (or Hyperthreading)

Process Lasso on startup:

> Options
> General
> Configure Startup
> Start at login for all users (or for only your User)
> Next
> Finish

And that fixes the Problems (at least for me), but comes with some slight performance costs. I have a 4070 and play on max settings capped at 60fps and sometimes it drops to around 50. For me that's more than playable tho.

You can also try the PoE2 Unfreezer from the Github linked in the Post, but i personally didn't yet, I'm fully okay with my Fix right now.
