desertification will never come up in your game unless you decide to go full psycho mode and make your planet boil which is very easily avoided- in fact through most of it you'll be trying to keep the planet above sub 0

i genuinely cannot tell you what dynamic water sources are, if it means that rivers with enough water can become highways for ports, then yes? needs better communication

all the new buildings are good, no complaints there, though the Aquatic Water Treatment Plant is so hilariously S tier in comparison to the base one that you will never want for water again

all the new tech tree techs are greatly appreciated, although I wish engineering also made your workers faster since at this scale things are not fast even with hyperloops

in conclusion? it's great, it's free and it does improve the game, but I wish we got more of AMI's excellent voice acting

Characters are all fleshed out, it makes sense.
