It's Cookie Clicker with some nice music, the ability to tap into heralds, cloud saving, and it runs as an independent program rather than sitting in your browser.

Also y'know it goes to support the dev behind it who's been updating the game for free for ages, allowing him to put more time/resources into further updates.
