Feels incomplete, rushed and poorly designed. The choice between styles is nice however the essential problem is the lack of serviceable space on the map. There is also a lack of consistency in the airport's performance and the bar for upgrading feels very low.

This DLC feels very bland for what it adds to the harbors, where are more port options, ship assets and additional hubs for getting traffic from the seaside? Intercity buses feel out of place but is still very welcome. Aviation club not in Airport DLCs but here instead is VERY out of place.

Brings a nice little touch of education boosting to your cities, however the style feels very American and doesn't fit as well with more european builds which I heavily focus on, it also feels like another reskin of industry and parklife in an educational form. Nice citizen controlling policies.

This is probably my first choice for any DLC, it's simply a great profit making, pollution creating, life bringing tool as well as comes with better than average maps and a nice little service to boost your citizens' happiness too!

Fairly good assets for a sustainable district design, services are overall nice however they feel like a reskin of a base game services than it's own unique feature (with exclusion of recycling center and a few minor others).

Great choice of new unique transportation options, new decent looking hubs however the choices of transit are niche and may overlap with more saught after transport alternatives.

8/10 "UNIQUE transit choices, new hubs but somewhat niche."

Scary, destructive and adds risks and steaks in your city design if you wish to use it. There is not alot of options for individual disaster frequency control, so you can't really have that "Coastal city with tsunamis every once in a while" without doing it yourself. The services it adds are unique, interesting but redundant (most of them) if you choose not to have disasters in your city.

Overall a 8/10 "VERY destructive, fun new mechanic, poor disaster control, services are mostly redundant"
