After playing many hours of the GOG and Steam versions, I can safely recommend this game.
One of my personal favourite CRPGs, and a game that single-handedly saved Obsidian from bankruptcy.
For those wondering about controller/steam deck support, it works quite well. There is little need for button controls, since everything is basically on-screen as a icon.

Really amazing game. I remember playing it a long time ago, and absolutely marvelling at the excellent sound design and atmosphere. 23 years later, it still unsettles me. Looking glass were really on their game at the time. Just a shame they're gone.

Pretty fantastic game. I came to really appreciate the art design and soundtrack as I played more.
NPC dialogue is pretty entertaining as well.
Wonderful art piece, and an amazing game.

Shockingly good licensed soundtrack.
The physics are also quite impressive. I recall playing this on my old windows XP machine as a kid.
Would definitely recommend this, as the game is incredibly fun to play.

Insanely good value for the money.
Mass effect 1 has been overhauled in many ways. The sound effects, shooting mechanics and visuals see a substantial jump over the 2007 release. Out of the 3 games in this collection, Bioware put the most love into ME1. One thing to note, however, would be the omission of the Pinnacle station DLC pack. There are mods available to restore this DLC pack, but you really aren't missing much.
As for Mass effect 2 and 3, they include all their single player DLC. Mass effect 3 lacks its multiplayer component, but I didn't really miss it.
The extensive texture upgrades expand to these two as well. Other than that, there really isn't much else added. Mass effect 1 will always be a personal favorite of mine, as it featured the most exploration in the series. The latter entries felt more like cover shooters, with many of the missions being linear corridors with chest-high wall cover dotted about everywhere.
RPG elements seemed to have taken a back seat in favor of the combat, as well.
Luckily, there are tons of choices you can make. Many choices will carry on as you play through each entry in the series. I always found it very satisfying to see the ripple effect of my actions from two games ago.
The characters remain a highlight as well.
Overall, a pretty great package. I would totally recommend this to anyone.

While the series has its flaws, it remains a personal favorite of mine.

Early Access Review
Some of the most fun I've had with a shooter.
The soundtrack is so damn good. It's unreal.
The devs went for a low-poly aesthetic, and it really worked.
All the levels are based off of scenes you'd in an action movie. The levels, for the most part, are digestible.

Not a fan of the PC port, I beat this game on consoles.
This is genuinely one of the most thoughtfully created games I've ever played.
The level of detail poured into the writing and world design is just amazing.
The fact that rockstar was able to create this game with minimal creative restrictions is so awesome.

You could run this on a NASA PC and still get massive FPS drops when you crank up the settings.
I do respect the game a lot though. The physics and world simulation are still unmatched in the series.
Found the story to be very thought-provoking as well, when there wasn't blatant satire smeared across the screen.
