Can't help you pin point a number, but honestly what I always do in a new shooter is practise 180s in a quick snapping motion until I get a spot that feels right.

When I play FPS games I often check my back by moving forward jumping, then while in mid air doing a quick precision 180, very short pause then a quick reverse 180 back to my original position then land the jump.

I don't lose speed while checking my back this way and the muscle memory helps me to know when I need to increase or decrease my sensitivity for it to feel as close as can be to what I find comfortable.

I get that not everyone does this, but until you find your answer you may want to try something similar in CSGO. Do a very fast snap to 180, then reverse it and try to hit the same positions over and over again, once you've figured out the muscle memory for it you can tweak RoE's sensitivity to match.

good answer

I was pretty sceptical about the first person perspective before the full game came out, but its actually a pretty decent game.
