When I first loaded up the game, I chose my avatar and explored the hub world, thinking about what kinds of crazy adventures I'll have in this strange new world, when suddenly I was approached by a small red hedgehog-like creature.

I must've looked like I was lost, as the small creature kept asking me if I "know the way". As lost as I was, it seemed I had no other choice but to follow his directions, so I ask him to show me the way. As if by magic, the creature produced what seemed to be a oval-shaped gateway of sorts, showing what appeared to be a black, gold and red striped bearing the emblem of a bird.

As I cautiously stepped into the portal, I awoke on a small dock, on what appeared to be a very small island in the middle of the ocean. Almost immediately I noticed a large golden monument, an enormous, golden creature, almost exactly resembling the small red mammal I was speaking to moments before. The statue was engraved with text that seemed to honor the commander of this strange race, known as "Gaztons"

While I admired the scenery, I suddenly found meself surrounded by what seemed like twenty or thirty of these red creatures, all violently clicking in my direction, occaisionally chanting "Do you know tha way, my brudda". I asked them what was going on, and they proceeded to lead me to one of the many treasure chests scattered around the island.

I reached out and touched the chest, and I began to notice that I was much shorter. I looked at my hand and then I realized, that I had become one of them. I had been inducted into their tribe.
