As a S.T.A.L.K.E.R. veteran I absolutely love this game. It is everything a long-time fan would want and then some gameplay-wise.

However, the game is so poorly optimized that meeting Minimum requirements isnt enough to play it. Unless your rig meets Recommended at the very least you won't be able to play the game (the requirements were also doubled a week before release).

Hopefully GSC Game World will optimize the game in future patches and then I will change my review but for now the performance and optimization is unacceptable and borderline false advertising.

One of the most fun games in years. While there are concerns over kernel level anti-cheat and updates sometimes feel hit or miss, the game is unlike any other in terms of enjoyment and quality. I am proud to be a helldiver and I will continue fighting for liberty and managed democracy.

Remember the Three Day War!
