I pulled an all nighter without realising how much time had past. 10/10 game combat is so satisfying and will leave you there for hours wanting to hack and slash at anything that dares try to defy you. Lag has been a problem but the devs are active trying to fix issues and really do care about the game <3. I recommend the game no matter what state it's in

Most survival games tend to pit you solely up against monsters such as zombies in order to pose as a significant threat.
In SCUM it feels like an added enemy is myself, constantly am I lacking protein, Vitamin D or some other random element such as Manganese. Sure I can go out to farms and roleplay as a Croatian Serf and pick corn all day but somehow I just can't find any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Vitamin D. Game has its flaws for sure, servers randomly can't be seen or connected to by friends. Eggs can be non stop eaten a thousand times over. Desync tends to make some people even disappear or not be seen. But the promise for a really phenomenal game is there. Buying the game at this stage know there's bugs, crashing, and all other sorts of problems. It's still playable once you manage to actually get inside a server, and manage may be a strong word at that. Getting high end loot is possible but the risk of dying is insane due to the sentries that patrol. Albeit you just have to stay out of their line of sight. Throwing is fun, I tried to ambush somebody and instead hit my friend in the face with a spear.
