Very fun roguelike with loads of unlocks and secrets. A good variety of characters, enemies, weapons, and maps do a good job countering what could be considered to be monotonous gameplay.

While MMOs tend to be open-ended in general, this game takes it to the Nth degree. Everything you do in this game has value to it; the wood from chopping down trees & the stone from breaking boulders will always have a use. Even fishing feels satisfying.

Sure, there is some jank at times but overall I get the impression that the dev team actually cares about this product. The lack of a subscription was also a massive selling point for me.

Any old school gamer with an affinity for 2D side scrolling games would be over the moon for this.

Normally I am not into dating sims, but this is an exception. Wonderfully written with good dialog.

Everything that you can ask for in a turn based RPG game. Its clever writing hooked me immediately & I can see myself completing multiple playthroughs. Highly recommend!
