An unfinished game with many missing features from its predecessors. Maybe a ton of expensive DLC will "fix" this in the coming two years -.-
Combined with the typical issues with Multiplayer in Paradox Games Vic 3 has its moments that are massively downweighed by a game that simply isnt ready even one and a half years after release.

did expect the worst and was still surprised how bad it is

Great Game but it has still a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of bugs most of them influence the looks and performance which isnt to much of a problem. but it is a problem when the game doesnt detect my input like drawing your sword or focusing from one enemy to another
hope they can fix the problems of their core combat mechanic they were so proud of atleast after release.
