this game is just an insane amount of fun
its both serious and goofy

you play 3rd person shooter with weighty guns so as you turn your character, the guns sorta drag along, it takes a game or two to get used to but totally easy past that. there's ragdoll physics, 'stratagems' where you basically call down weapons, turrets, bomb strikes etc where you put in a lil code, throw a beacon and it drops wherever you throw, there's 3 main enemy factions, illuminate (squids), automatons (bots) and terminids (bugs), all have diff advantages and disadvantages, and you play on a galactic map fighting in real time against invasions and taking back planets.

A truly beautiful sequel to Space Marine 1, the combat is evolved in every way, the graphics are beautiful, sound design is brilliant, fantastic campaign, co-op campaign and the PVP is awesome!
The horde mode in future should be super fun as well!

This game is excellent, well made and with a good difficulty curve, the variations in weapons and modifiers are all really fun.
I've been playing this on Steam Deck and bar a few UI issues the game runs smoothly, and only chugs in the final stages when you try and reduce the TDP.
I think its still a bit of a work in progress, so look forward to seeing more additions to the game, maybe more maps or weapons or characters, maybe a bit of a story mode?

The writing for this was absolutely incredible.
It's an interactive novel mixed with a rhythm game, it's less 'change the outcome of the story' and more explore the relationships along the way, this is the epitome of the 'real treasure was the friends we made along the way'.
It'll join the short list of games that made me, a grown man, cry. (Spiritfarer, Haven Park and the Ori games.
And the music is fantastic, it's on spotify but buy the soundtrack if you really want to support more stuff like this.

This game is fantastic, hooked me straight away once I understood the premise and the difficulty curve is forgiving with all the challenges, it really reminds me of Motherload, but the wave defense is really fun too, and all the different gadget combos. Great game.

I really enjoyed this strategy game, building up your base over waves, and all the different weapons, perks and challenge modifiers really brings longevity to the game. I honestly don't know how some of the challenges are meant to be done but I probs just need to git gud, I love running around as the lil guy chipping away on the front lines as well.

It's a very chill game, it's basically a premium merging 2048 style game, with different architecture, settings and very relaxing music. I would recommend picking it up on sale, it's well crafted but there's not a huge amount of substance to it.

This is my personal favourite of the World War shooting games, I love the gritty realism in this game, and I don't think it glorifies war in any way. I've sunk nearly 150 hours into this on EA Play and about 11 on Steam, I just love it. Still the best online as well of the recent Battlefields.

The game is super fun, but i think what makes it stand out is that it also has one of the most passionate devs on the scene. There's been a bunch of both free content updates and DLC for extra content, brought the game to mobile for free, changing the engine etc. It's just phenomenal!
