This game truly feels like the culmination of all the good things about games like Lethal Company and Content Warning. You can tell this is a real labor of love for this small dev team. I can't recommend it enough.

Definitely one of the freshest gaming experiences I've had in a while, I fully recommend it.

Unless you don't have friends, you kind of need those for this game lmao.

The atmosphere in this game is unmatched. I haven't felt so much dread from a horror game in ages. I can't recommend this game enough.

No Man's Sky, as it stands now, is quite fun and expansive despite its many flaws. The seemingly endless amount of planets and galaxies to explore give way to insurmountable possibilities and exploration. Though the game can be a lonesome, and at times, boring experience, there is still much to enjoy. However, I find that this game shines brightest when taking advantage of its recently updated multiplayer mode. Playing alone simply can't compete to playing with friends, though as I've mentioned it still stands on its own just fine.

The game can be very buggy at times, some of the bugs even making quests more difficult than need be, but I usually find myself finding a way around these bugs. One other complaint I have is that the creature variety can often seem to be quite lacking, but there are times when I still find new creatures that blow my mind and/or disturb me, and it's quite an amazing feeling to experience for yourself and especially with friends despite it happening somewhat infrequently. One final complaint that I could think of would be with the interactions you have with other intellectual lifeforms. Whereas you can select dialogue, oftentimes it doesn't affect the outcome of the conversation. At times, you may need to help the conversation recipient make a decision or answer a question that may hold different outcomes depending on your response, but this doesn't happen as much as one-sided conversations do.

Whereas there are many ways in which this game falls short, there are even more ways in which it truly shines. The personalization in this game is quite nice, allowing you to name different planets, galaxies, creatures, plants, etcetera that you find during your journey, as well as allowing you to alter your character's appearance. Where this feature falls short, though, is with the inability to customize the appearance of your Starship as well as a few other things. You're also able to create a base of your own which can be an exhilarating experience, though it has its fair share of bugs and limitations, however, I found it overall pleasant.

I'm sure there are many things I haven't touched on simply because the game is so vast, but all in all, No Man's Sky has improved exponentially over the past few years, fixing many bugs and adding many features that help make the experience a much more personal and enjoyable experience. It has many drawbacks, so I can understand why some players may not enjoy the game, however, if exploration, material gathering, and Sci-Fi are what you're looking for, I'd recommend this one.

There is no right way to describe Cry of Fear. It's one of those gems you only find once in a long while, and it does a lot with very little, especially considering the game runs on the Gold Source Engine. It achieves more than anybody would've assumed. The gameplay, albeit slow and monotonous at times, is very fun. The combat isn't the most dynamic, but just like with the game engine, Cry of Fear does a lot with very little. The story is also phenomenal and is probably the best element it has going for it. It toys with the player's perception of what is real and what isn't, making them wonder about what is truly wrong with the main character, Simon Henriksson. The scares and especially the atmosphere are also one of the game's biggest strongpoints, solidifying a feeling of loneliness, anxiety, and poignancy, really putting you in the mind of Simon Henriksson. All in all, I would heavily recommend anybody to play Cry of Fear. It certainly has it's drawbacks, don't get me wrong, but it is an amazing gaming experience that sticks with you long after you've beaten the game.

This game is truly a breath of fresh air. I've played this game since it was a server on Garry's Mod, and my how it's grown. It's very reminiscent of old socializing MMO's like Club Penguin or Meez or other games of that likeness. The minigames, whereas limited at the moment, are quite fun to play, especially with friends. And whereas you can come across those overtly edgy and offensive people, it's always nice to just have fun and socialize in the plaza or the arcade. Even in early access, I feel as though Tower Unite has a lot to offer for players who are looking for a game that they can use to just unwind with. It can sometimes feel like a bit of a grind fest, what with the many expensive items you can buy, and the semi-slow rate at which you obtain currency, but that's just a nitpick. Is this a game for everyone? No, I wouldn't be able to say that with confidence, however, it's certainly nice for people who are seeking out this sort of experience. All in all, this game is phenomenal, especially for an early access game, and I cannot commend PixelTail enough for all the love and care they've been sinking into this game since their old Garry's Mod server.
