You was asking about "Do you get locked out of unlocks if you save, die, or use first aid sprays too many times?"
Basically, I could be wrong with the others but what I do know 100% is in RE4 the game doesn't count all the first aids you've used, how long you took, and the amount of saves. To unlock what is in the guide, you just do what is said, so Unlimited RPG just complete the game, The Tommy Gun? Complete Separate ways and so on.
