It is as if Super Mario and Takeshi's Castle had a baby and the offspring of which was Bakeru .
Bakeru is a great platform game it's been a while since I've enjoyed one from being to end without stopping to play other games or do something else.
I give this one 8.5/10 I do advise people to buy it even if the price is not that cheap.

I Really like this game alot. The level are decent for the most part (not a big fan of ones where you climb the castles) but majority are very pleasing to look at and the collectibles are pretty charming though wish it was all japan fact and not some being random fact in general. There's definitely issue with the game like how you can't jump over rails or jump off them, the game want you to follow a certain path in a certain way. The henge are also pretty fun to look at and play around even if momotaro and urashima taro feel the same to me. There's also the fact the game is more geared toward kids so don't expect much difficulty and just enjoy the ride. This game has been something i wanted to play when I first heard about it 7 month or so ago but kept putting it off at the hope of it getting a western release and it fills my heart with joy to see it come here. Please buy it
