there isn't much point to reviewing this game anymore. it's a fantastic hidden gem of the 360 era, but my praises are rendered pointless due to this game's removal from the steam store

it's downright criminal to me that such an amazing game can be completely erased by some sort of contract between activision and hasbro not being renewed. games like this shouldn't be a timed "did you buy it before the arbitrary unplanned 'you can never buy it again' deadline?"

i lucked out, i bought this game along with the rest of the transformers franchise for myself long before it was removed, but these games are all the worse for their removal. the Fall of Cybertron and War for Cybertron multiplayer communities were already on life support before the removal, but since the removal they've been even worse for wear. each game in the franchise struggles surpassing so much as 50 players on a good day, and it's scary to think that in the future no one will be able to even remotely experience FoC's fantastic multiplayer and escalation experience.

activision, hasbro, whoever might unrealistically be reading this review of a long dead and removed game, please bring these games back to digital storefronts. they have earned their place there as respectable and well executed games. they don't deserve to be forgotten in the dregs of licensed game history
