Came for the sex, stayed for the plot and dialogue. 10/10.

If you really want to, you can do the Ivy boss fight with one hand.

Other than that I played this gem around 2010, bought a copy from a local CD store after browsing games for half an hour.
It was such an experience back then and still is. The Asylum's atmospere is horrific and beautifully crafted. Patients', inmates' and pretty much everythings design is top notch. No wonder it got GOTY, it was way ahead in many aspects in its time.

Combat feels a little bit sluggish after City and Knight but you get the hang of it pretty easily since there aren't many enemy types, I didn't even use cape stun at all.
Wonderful experience after many many years, I can't remember how many hours I played back in the day since I can still remember most of the conversations and what happens next.
Puts a *smile* in my face. 9/10

A thrilling game, I loved every part of the story and how it ties Angelo to Mafia II.
Visuals and setting were amazing, as well as the 30s atmosphere.
Mafia also has one of the most realistic driving experiences in a game so far.
I was also shocked to find out that cops started to utilize "radios" in Detroit in 1928. I thought radios weren't in the scene back then, I guess colonies progressed faster than most countries eh?

The person who designed the last puzzle should be fired. It was just irritating, unfun, time wasting and not even hard.
The game itself is very enjoyable and intriguing. I loved piecing together bits and bobs to deduce what was going on. 8/10

Well, to be honest I do not know where or how to start this review. This DLC deserves my top 2 spots if not the best. They took every aspect that made Night City unnerving, utopic yet realistic and pushed it to max in Dogtown. My first couple of hours went by with admiring the atmosphere and dynamics that were in the district.
Speaking of district I have to give credit to our dominant fixer in town: Mr.Hands. I enjoyed every last bit of his gigs and dialogue that we are presented in the DLC.

I honestly do not wish to spoil anything If you are interested in this dlc and think about getting it but I'll drop my comments and thoughts.
It is amazing. Simple as that. Better than main story for sure. When I finished the DLC every little bit of detail and what I accomplished through those missions flashed over my eyes and I said to myself: "Damn, we've come a long way. The bodies we buried, lives we saved and took along the way, the hard choices I had to make... This is the end isn't it?"
And the name "Phantom Liberty" made total sense when the path ahead looked clear yet our backs covered in wreck and dust. The liberty we have or had is or was just a phantom since the very beginning yet we pushed through and through clinging to a hope and carved out a bloody path.
The concepts and new lore about Blackwall were my favourite part. My first run in this game was a netrunner build, I tried something different on this save but the game made me want to play netrunner/stealth since the story was really open to it.
Not even gonna talk about the new cyberwares or weapons we get with the DLC, everything is very well thought of and added layers to the gameplay along with the new level/skill system.

My only complaint would be the lack of romance options or little nitpicky dialogue choices but these are just minor details.
Also I really liked the new outfits and cosmetic options.

Overall I'd give this DLC 8.7/10 which can be rounded to 9/10. And believe me I do not like stuff just to like it. This is something I genuiuenly and consistently enjoyed for many hours.

Whoever thought about and animated those ending credits need a raise.
And huge respect for Dawid Podsiadło and Grimes. I love them both <3.

PS: I LOVE LIZZY WIZZY
