This game is SIGNIFICANTLY worse than the product they released in 2022 in nearly every single aspect.

There is a staggering 30 frame attack buffer and the server seems to desync and queue up your inputs, resulting in everything you inputted being activated SECONDS later even if you take your hands off of the controls. Everything feels incredibly slow and sluggish which is the opposite feeling that I expect in a platform fighter. The server stability is also really bad and games are often disconnected in the middle due to server desync issues.

The game's menus feel like a mobile game and are incredibly difficult to navigate. Things such as the practice mode have been COMPLETELY degraded, losing almost all of the features that made it useful in the beta. Certain settings have also been removed from the game, such as some control settings, making the game really difficult as I am forced to play without my configuration that I used in the beta.

The monetization feels absurd with certain PvE mode (also trash) battles being locked without paying for skins or "gems", and you can purchase new "lives" if you lose at a battle. Character unlock currencies are incredibly difficult to earn, and you cannot earn them through playing the game. You must perform daily quests or pay to be able to unlock new characters.

A lot of the characters also lost a lot of their moves, have been reworked to play differently, and a lot of characters just feel much less fun. The balance is extremely questionable and some moves have power that makes no sense. Some moves can kill you incredibly early that don't feel like they should, resulting in a lot of confusion.

There are too many more negative things to say about all parts of the game, but I think this covers my feelings about it. I really wished for this game to succeed but I cannot believe the mess they delivered after such a long hiatus. Extremely disappointing. 0/10 would not recommend.

One of the most unique and fun FPS experiences I've ever played. Do yourself a favor and enter the Bayou, you won't regret it.

One of the most ambitious and exciting FPS titles in a long time. The tech behind this game is incredible and allows for a unique experience unlike any other game. I highly recommend it, it's a blast.

The game looks like an ocean but the moment you step into the water, you realize it's a puddle...

It's missing crucial components of MMORPGs, lacking content like you wouldn't believe, and has lots of very strange design choices that present you with a very half-baked experience.

Every single aspect of this game requires a lot more development. The game definitely has a strong foundation, but that's all it is.

I'm hoping that in a year or so, the game is worth playing. As for now, there isn't much going for it.
