From what I got from the demo, I'm excited. Very few Lovecraftian games exist in which you get to control the entire cult. Think somewhat how Cult of the Lamb runs their stuff, but on a colony sim level. So much more control and flexibility. I'm going to be buying this game the moment it releases!

15 minutes into this game, and I'm already writing a good review. Boltgun go pewpew, and you can goomba stomp enemies into gibs. 10/10, I look forward to blasting through this game.

I played Nightmare House 1 and 2 back when I was younger, and didn't have money for games. It was less of a mod and more of a game in an of itself. And you can feel that kind of passion with In Sound Mind. It's everything I wanted, and more. It was equal parts scary, silly, and somber.
I truly wish I had the ability to forget memories, so that I could play this game over again, just to be captivated by it's story once more.
We Create Stuff, really did create some stuff that I fell in love with. They gave a game an amazing story, and The Living Tombstone gave a deeper connection to it's characters.
25/10, gonna need several more games like this one.

The villian protagonist feel to the game makes it all the more enjoyable, since it's a fresh feeling compared to always being the good guy. However, a bug with the day/night cycle makes some of the gameplay a little annoying.

Overlord is the type of game you have to play before you die. It's hilarious, cruel, and amazingly written. The game is just plain fun.
