it's very immature and crude but like it's also fun and has some heart (i think???) the calendar system is very archaic, and that isn't a bad thing at all. it was one of the first, after all. it's given a few mulligans, if you will. But the simple action of just doing 3 activities and then seeing all the events that happen throughout the day you've had is super fun and not complicated at all which is just charming.

just like be aware this is from the 90s so it's not as in line with modern sensibilities. i personally did not find that an issue for me, but i get if it's a dealbreaker for you. know what you're buying.

the opening of the game is really, really strong but it just kinda becomes monotonous by the end. a little frustrating how confusing objectives can be. still a classic and has controls that feel surprisingly modern, regardless of the jank involved. don't let the jank scare you off, embrace the jank, love the jank.

for the price its asking for and the sheer quality of it, there are countless hours to be had in this game. just not by me.

i mean it's OKAY, but there's no evelyn here cause she was introduced in 2 :-(

it's a fun, bite-sized game with elements of the dating sim genre for you and your friends to play together. don't expect a dating sim that actually takes the genre seriously.
