Once Human is so JANK but also super satisfying if you like to collect creatures, hoard items, build houses, and defeat otherworldly giants with guns lmao. The world is beautiful and not empty. I recommend playing with friends.

You play as a meta-human who gets isekai'd to new worlds (servers) to save them. Each server resets every 6 weeks, but many people will run out of content long before that. You can experience endgame playing about 5 hours per week. You will lose basic materials, but keep the stuff that matters, like premium currencies, furniture, and some gear stuff. You can save your houses as blueprints and easily rebuild them every new server. And in each new server, you can transfer some previous materials too.

The cosmetics have ridiculous pricing, but the game is free, so I don't blame them.

fun unique boss fights and satisfying base designing!
i played on a brutal PvE official server with one friend; the official servers reset every 6 months, but we work/study full-time, played other games, and still defeated every boss in <2 months. our base will die soon, but after defeating the final boss, there's nothing else left to progress anyway.

on brutal, adam felt more difficult to beat than dracula lol.
i liked to wear the vampire princess gown but i wish they could add matching shoes!

It Takes Two is visually stunning with a low barrier of entry and easy achievements.
I love how this game requires real "co-op" to complete levels.
But there's a really disturbing scene involving a toy elephant...

I'm over 600 hours in and I realized there are achievements that are by chance... I regret playing this game.

I played The Forest for the first time just before the sequel comes out next month, and it was a blast!
Great survival game with unique enemy AI and a surprising amount of effort on the story.

I got 100% achievements in 100 hours, since there's an achievement that makes you survive for 100 in-game days, but the rest of the achievements can be easily acquired in half the time.

After hiring employees in this game, it became a semi-idle game for me. This game is good for getting 100% achievements, but it's not super engaging after a short time. At least the art is adorable and I guess the characters' stories are good.
I usually enjoy simple management games, but managing inventory in this game is honestly annoying and slightly overwhelming until you're rich. You're not rewarded for customizing your cafe as you desire, because you need certain "stats." Editing your cafe has some glitches. I have RTX 2060 but this game started dropping frames and occasionally crashing when my cafe became crowded, though that was not until endgame. This game's not the worst, but it's not addicting.

If you're here for 100% achievements, don't do it lmao. I'm on the last achievement and it's the biggest time waster and doesn't even feel rewarding (have to play 10000 days in game). Not sure if I want to spam click another 4000 days.
The main game can be "finished" and prestiged within 100 days. I got all the other achievements within 6000 days and 160 hours of playtime, and there's literally an achievement where you have to play 3000 days.

That said, this game is great for fans of Stick RPG. It encourages exploration and has more content than you'd expect.

There's some annoying 2D platformer minigames you have to complete to finish the game, but if you fail enough times, it auto-passes you (I think i failed 10-15+ times at my first playthrough?). Also there's a Galaga fixed shooter type of mini game and it's super boring and it's slow to gain points, but you'll need to score at least 25k on it to progress the main story.

Note for dev: I have RTX 2060 but I get very low frames on Fire Island, I think due to the fire animations? even though I can easily play the rest of the game with 144+ fps.

I played this game for achievements and achievements I got. lmao.
You will literally get half of the achievements just opening the game and clicking around the menu, then the rest of the achievements can be easily obtained by starting a couple of games.
