Fallout 4 is a good game. Despite its stale main quest and very samey 4 faction ending there is still hundreds of hours of content to enjoy.

While being very samey each faction is worth its own play through for unique dialog and follower options as well as their own little perks (brotherhood vertibirds were pretty cool)

Settlement building while a mess in the vanilla game has such high potential to waste literally hundreds of hours of your time with the right mods to make little changes to the systems that feel like they should have existed from the start. (There are also mods that will build your settlements for you if you prefer)

As with all bethesda games the graphics are nothing to write home about and as a friendly hint AVOID the Hi-Res DLC at all costs regardless of your system specs. Don't worry there are plenty of community texture updates available.

Gameplay is a lot smoother and easier to pallet due to the engine upgrade from gamebryo to Creation. Playing fallout 4 is a reality and a recommendation with its new feel.

The dialog wheel is stupid and ♥♥♥♥ but modders have saved the day again.

And to end on a high note, Fallout 4 has on of the best story DLC's i have ever played. Far harbour was by far the highlight of this game, from dialog, to character building and environment. Everything about far harbour was spectacular. I would honestly recommend fallout 4 purely for this DLC (and nuka world is okay while you're at it)
