Where do I even begin. Ghost of Tsushima is more than just a game. It’s an experience. A journey, honestly. The second you step into the world, it just grabs you. From the moment you ride through those first fields, it’s like... wow. The world design is absolutely stunning. Every part of the island feels alive. Like it has history. Like it matters. You’ll find yourself stopping just to look around. The way the wind guides you, the sound of your horse, the way the light hits the trees... it’s unreal.

The story hit me hard. It’s emotional in a way I didn’t expect. You really feel for Jin, feel what he’s going through. His conflict between what he’s always been told and what he needs to become, it sticks with you. It’s not just some revenge plot. It’s personal. It’s about identity. About change. And how far you're willing to go for what you believe in.

Combat feels so good. It's smooth but intense. Every fight makes you feel like a proper samurai, and the duels? God, the duels are beautiful. You’re not just swinging a sword. You’re thinking, reacting, feeling every move. It's so satisfying.

Exploring the island on horseback is such a vibe. I’d catch myself just riding for no reason, not even doing a mission, just... taking it in. The golden fields, the foggy forests, the temples tucked away in the mountains. It’s all so peaceful. So cinematic, but still grounded. Real.

I could honestly talk about it for hours, but all I really wanna say is this. Ghost of Tsushima is a masterpiece. In every way. It’s insanely detailed, super immersive, and it sticks with you. If you’re even slightly thinking about picking it up, do it.
10/10, no question.

I really wanted to give this game a second chance... but I just can’t. After the whole LSS update, everything went downhill fast. The censorship? Honestly, that doesn’t matter too much in the grand scheme of things, but the real problem is the actual playability.

I’m getting constant stuttering and random crashes running the game on medium settings, and that’s with a RTX 4090 and an Intel i9-14900KF. There’s no excuse for performance this bad on hardware like that.

And the graphics? Massive downgrade. It used to look like a top-quality title, but now it feels like I’m playing something from the PS3 era. Sure, graphics aren’t everything, and the core gameplay can be good... but it’s clunky. It’s like a watered-down version of the old SWAT games, stripped of the depth and grit that made them great. almost like it was redesigned for kids.

Overall, Ready or Not has gone from a promising tactical shooter to a broken, downgraded mess.
Final score: 3.5/10.

One of my new favs, and people say it has bugs and glitches, but those are just anomalies.

I wouldn’t recommend this game to people who don’t have a fair amount of time to sink into it. The beginning is slow, but it starts to pick up speed and get really interesting after about 10 hours. It’s definitely not Star Citizen or Elite Dangerous—and it’s not trying to be. This is an RPG, not a space sim. If you go in expecting to manually fly to planets and land on them, you’ll be disappointed because that’s just not what the game is designed for.
That said, what it lacks in those areas, it makes up for in the story, characters, and world-building. It’s the kind of game you can lose yourself in, jumping into a random system and spending the whole day exploring one place. Yeah, it’s an RPG, so the enemies can be bullet sponges, but that’s just part of the genre. As for the loading screens? They don’t bother me much. The game’s running on the Creation Engine, so you’ve got to cut it some slack—it’s honestly impressive that it even works this well on such an old engine.
I’ve put in over 100 hours so far, and I’ve only had one major bug. It happened during a quest where an AI I was supposed to follow refused to move, which meant I couldn’t continue the story until I reloaded an earlier save. Unfortunately, that cost me about an hour or two of progress. Aside from that, though, my experience has been smooth.
If you can look past some bugs and quirks, Starfield is a lot of fun, but it’s definitely a game that rewards patience and time.
