this is the kind of temperamental pc release i would expect of a 2004 game

but this release is not 21 years old its 3 days old. absolutely dreadful

i played mostly on switch

gameplay and visuals are really good but the story is absolute trash and the structure of the game (how dungeons and story is paced throughout the game) is done really poorly

i liked it personally, but thats not the point

the extremes are really good
the expert dungeons are actually fun and somewhat challenging instead of the boring rubbish we got in endwalker
arcadion savage is really ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ fun
especially the last fight
and also eden ultimate looks like its gonna be so much fun

but everyones just zeroing in on the story, which is only one aspect of the expansion.
the content thats out and the teased content makes me have way more faith in dawntrail than endwalker,
but everyone is just gonna hate bomb this because "the story was bad"
heres the thing: endwalkers story was amazing, but the expansion sucked.

if youre quitting the game because of the MSQ then idk what to say tbh because im having the most fun ive had with this game since the end of shadowbringers

BUY THE DEFINITVE EDITION OF THE PHANTOM PAIN

This game is great, but is essentially a demo for MGSV: The Phantom Pain, and it actually comes packaged with the MGSV:TPP definitive edition

so you have 2 choices:
- pay £16.99 for a 5 hour (at max) demo. (and when i say max i mean literally doing everything took me 5 hours)
- pay £24.99 for a 5 hour demo PLUS a 50 hour game

Just buy Metal Gear Solid V: The Definitive Experience instead
