Having played through the story and currently on Day 29 I think without a doubt that this is a must have for VR players.

Walking Dead Saints and Sinners shouldn't be called The Walking Dead, almost nothing about it is really true to just the Walking Dead except for that when someone dies and doesn't get brained, decapitated, headshoted, macerated, etc they come back as a zombie. This game is just a good VR zombie game. Some stuff do have its problems.

AI: It's not that great. One of the main factions will yell at you if you come close but if you don't go into their base or point a gun at them, they won't do anything. Sure it's more fair (I will say that post game there is death squads roaming around that attack on sight, maybe be because of a choice I made i don't know.) But they're pretty passive and a lot of times, you can kill someone with Melee because they won't do anything until already dead. Worst part of this comes from being mugged. When you're mugged they'll demand an item from you, I typically either kill them or just give them the item so i don't know if they'll attack if you leave. Either way, you could simply walk up to them and stab them and they won't do anything about it. I think implementing Social Distancing would be great, If they come within 6 feet, shoot. Have us throw them the goods. Again, I'm not thinking of balance here this could make it way to hard.

Weapons: Weapons feel pretty nice. You have unlock some as you progress through the game or you can find recipes to craft new ones, more on that later. But of the weapons you get I feel that they're diverse enough to feel comfortable with them, I think we could have a few more but Hey, maybe a future DLC.

Scavenging: Early game, one of the biggest things i noticed was the abundance of cigarettes, lighters, matches, and razor blades. Way too many early game that it was weird as you'd walk into a house, go into the living room and find 4 lighters, 3 matches, 4 BOXES of razor blades, and a couple packs of cigs. Each of these items have value in terms of crafting, and depending on what you focus on you might get plenty of one thing but nothing of another and with a limited inventory space you need to be selective on what you're getting, side note small metallic boxes are the best things to scavenge they give like 4X whatever the most of what an item would give (I.E if a block of wood gives 4 wood, the box gives like 16 wood and has 3 other things with it that are also like the 10-20 range (depending on the item)). I think that scavenging is good where it's at, i think there could be an argument made for more items that are just reskins of previous items, point being the razor blades not being 5 of them but having a copy that has the same scavenge equipment but isn't the item. Final point of scavenging, some items seem like scavengible material but aren't, namely metallic cans in a tray. Odd thing.

Crafting: so Crafting is pretty good. Works hand in hand with scavenging and you can find recipes throughout your playstyle that gives you new recipes. There are under 45 things you can craft each crafting table has 15 items but not every item is something you craft etc, think the number is like 38 assuming you don't have the special tourist edition that adds 3 items that are just reskins. One problem with crafting that is more of a visual glitch is the recipe will say READY when you could craft it, but if you craft something else and use up the resources needed for that part it will stay with READY until you open it up. Nothing too big. There are some items on each skill tree you should get immediately and during my first playthrough i did something i think back on and realize was kinda of stupid. I prioritized finishing the guns bench before the other two. I'm nearly finished with the other two now but while i have ample amount of guns, I am running dangerously low on food and medicine which is a real problem as later in the game, more zombies 'appear' and less supplies (especially food and medicine) are available.

Survival: This game does have survival elements, not many but they do. I don't think it's too hard but i wouldn't say the game is easy. Going out on missions, danger will snowball at you. There are times where you can be marching through thinking wow this is so easy i'm getting so much good loot, others where you're having to run for you life, bag half filled as you have no melee weapon left and don't want to risk the gun as walkers try to rip the flesh from your bone.

Quests: This game's quests are rather short, the dialogue was easily skippable and i did. There is some emotional attachment though and your choices do matter, probably, like i said. I a good deal of dialogue because they were talking too much. Many quests are set up so that you do feel bad or sorry for the quest giver or for an NPC. An early quest is killing a woman's undead husband, unfortunately the problem is the number of quests. Now not every quest giver is there on every day which may be my problem but EXCLUDING Main story quests, I had 3 side quests that i remember getting and doing. With two of them, directly coming from another Main story quest. Now there is a large lack of humans in this game, some will mug you, some will ask for help (Do it, they have loot to give. you could kill them but be nice.), and some may even try to kill you. I think adding quest boards or quests to the radio would give some replayability and help perpetuate the 'Tourist' moniker you have. People will call you the tourist and make comments about your exploits but it doesn't really seem like something that should be happening when I typically kill every person I meet. Who is spreading this message?

Final comments: Don't think of this as The Walking Dead: VR Game think of this as Saints and Sinners, A Walking Dead Game.

Listed below are some aspects that really make up Skyrim, this was accomplished 95% on one playthrough of a warrior who got every achievement and 5% through a wizard i tried at the beginning. This was played on my Intel I5-4690k, 16gb 1600mhz ddr3 ram, and a GTX 1070.

Performance: Game performance was great, occassionally i would encounter a bug that would crash the game, but the only time this happened more then once was after I had tried to do the Escape From Jail Achievement and would crash looking at Solitude's Jail Crumbling Morter which on the third try did succeed in not crashing. FPS was solid and found the graphics to not be that bad, weapons are a little big for what they're and being thinner and less cartoony would help your immersion. The game is still pretty beautiful for its vanilla cover.

Combat: Most people will say that Archery or Magic is their favorite form of combat in VR, but for me i found dual wielding swords to be great fun and another fun one was Sword and Board. Holding my sword just right so it would be held just above my shield as i waited for my opponent to strike was one of my favorite moments and something i wish i had done more of. Archery is great, aiming is pretty good and Crossbows follow suit next. Wielding a staff is pretty fun and highly recommend it and magic is also great, allowing you to aim in two difference directions is one of the best parts of this game.

Sound: Can't say much, i played a lot of the game through speakers with Youtube in the background but hearing the music play as I charged a dragon was always great. BUt if you're wanting to go for the voice commands i would suggest turning up voices.

Controls: Some people really didn't like how the movement was set up where by moving your left hand controller you'd change how your character move but for me I learned to react to it instead and kinda enjoyed it. It is a bit clunky when trying to fight but found it acceptable.

Now the big question i think most people asked themselves was, "Why should I buy Skyrim for the 1,2,3,4,5,6 time!" Prior to buying Skyrim for VR i had bought Skyrim one time, for PC and later on I bought the Elder Scrolls Anthology and upgraded to the full version of Skyrim giving myself all of the DLC so i bought Skyrim about 1.5 times prior to Skyrim VR. Special Edition was free to me and i put a load of hours on it and so far for the 60$ i spent on Skyrim VR I can't say i am upset i spent the money. You can't get the same feeling by installing Vorpx and a bunch of mods. Bethesda worked on this game so that stuff you did in regular Skyrim that you can't do in SKyrim VR has been solved. A spoiler for the Dark Brotherhood but when sent to kill and hide the bodies they changed where he was and where his body could be placed to allow for Players to more easily just Fus Rho Dah the corpse as you couldn't pick up the body.

This game is worth the money and if you see it on sale get it. My Oculus Rift has seen probably three times as much use because of this game. Just becareful not to hit stuff while flinging around. Last time i had played i temporarily turned off Guardian Settings to better sit down, when i had to fight some boss i got to close to my TV and bunched it with the motion controller, no damage but man did my hand, and pride, hurt. You can lose yourself in this game

Having just finished beating the final mission i felt it was due a review from myself. I did enjoy the game and if on sale would highly recommend and as they are promising to put out better dlc then Watch Dogs 1 i hope they do. I was disappointed with how the game ran and the requirement for UPLay but expected this. They've tried to help the community by putting out suggestions but those don't always work. I seem to jump between playable at high quality to playable at medium quality, to unplayable at medium quality. I will address three different parts of the game being STORY, this will address cliches and will contain minor spoilers, GAMEPLAY, this will address shooting, hacking, driving, and controls, and lastly IMPROVEMENTS OVER WD1, this will be a strict what was better and what could be improved.

Gameplay i felt was rather well done, hacking options became more abundent but i did not like having the hackwheel be part of the mousewheel i don't enjoy that. The hacking options were enjoyable and made the hacking side much more viable which sadly weakened stealth and guns blazing. Enemies seemed to have ton of health. A sniper rifle couldn't even gutshot kill a regular guard most of the time with even headshots not being instant kills. Immediately being targeted after being spotted made getting melee kills silly and weapons were not needed. I would constantly use the gang warfare hack option to kill people and just sit back and let them kill each other. There was a lack of different vehicles from the beginning with you having to buy them all which was a good idea but getting money became much harder as even the old system of hacking civilians only netted a few hundred dollars per hack and were usually uncommon. Money bag drops around the map were useful but can't be picked up by RC Copter. Only allowed to hold two guns and the stun gun which i immediately never used again after the tutorial mission. Grenades are on a timer so after a certain amount of time they replenish which isn't a bad idea but felt strange as everything else seemed so 'realistic'.I'd have prefered more options of guns with most being very bad and looking ugly. Driving was alright, i didn't mind driving in the first game and just did the same thing of only using motorcycles. You can shoot in vehicles now and if you don't have a single handed weapon you just automatically use a pistol. Still no helicopters, planes, and boating is kinda redundent.

The Improvements over WD1 is very biased as i had enjoyed the gritty atmosphere of Chicago and like Aiden Pierce as the protagonist but i didn't mind the uplifting and happy version that was presented in WD2. Very nice colors from the map and if you're one of those people that require diversity you get to experience all of the 'diversity' that WD2 have to offer such as a black protagonist, transgender supporting characters, and a multiracial hacking group with not one but two black people. More gun options and safehouse were actually useable. It seemed to me that the map was bigger and wasn't just Rich City, Slum City, Industrial, Surburban, and whatever Pawnee was meant to be. NPC's are now much more annoying about you just driving near the sidewalk even when parking and some are quite rude.

THe story is one of the biggest points of this game. I enjoyed WD1 story with *Spoiler Alert* The death of Clare was nice and in this game we get Horatios death which i didn't care enough to actually be sad and was spoiled very early on by the mission name. He is used in a single mission and even then is nothing to big. My favourite of the hackers was Josh and he was so under utalized in this whole thing. Wrench was always played off as the cool hacker that everyone should like and had this vibe to him that annoyed me. Satara is an alright character, very cliche nothing special and very basic. We get a return of Raymond Kenney or as his friends, Tobias and Aiden, call him T-Bone. He becomes prominent character after act II which was alright. I did enjoy the First Dawn quest and one of my least liked parts of the game was the anticlimatic ending. I enjoyed the fun missions and did kinda run through the game and wished there was more. I did like the villian Dusan but didn't understand how it seemed that him and Marcus.

Well i do still recommend but think that some problems need to be fixed and would like to see the dlc be very good first.

After 100 hours i have a review of the game. I enjoyed it and i would recommend it if you can snag it for a deal. When the GECK is released and we get dlc it will be much better but that is barely a month or two away. In the next couple paragrpahs i will talk about the perks of the game.

Structure building is really fun, once you look through some guides you get back into it. Unfortunately there is a limit on what to build and i don't see many good decorations. This will probably be fixed by modders and it is great to see as there isn't much to base building, you build a house and then make a storage and a bed. But truly what do you do in the game other then play it, or the minigames.

Combat isn't amazing, snipers are really overpowered and some guns are just way stronger then others. Assault rifles look ugly as hell and wish they looked more like the Combat Rifle. Melee is fun but vats with the charge perk makes it really overpowered.

Story, No spoilers, Endings are very basic and not very indepth. But i did enjoy some characters, I also saw some plots holes. But it was okay, not much karma.

Characters, indepth and were usually fun to talk to.

Dialogue is not that good, sarcasm was a fun option but it was usually either a ♥♥♥♥ or a smartass thing to say.

But i gotta say when this game gets the mods Skyrim got it will be fantastic
