Horrendous grind and matchmaking

You can play as a rat

It's a very solid experience despite the game being in pre-alpha stage. Even when you remove all the adult content, it's still surprisingly good story although very bare bones and unfinished. The few missions this game has are interesting enough to give this game a shot. If you buy this, consider it a donation for the developement of the game and don't expect any polished or finished content. It's more of a preview of an early stage of a game with some pretty good potential. It's an indie studio so the updates are slow but steady so don't go into it expecting it to be finished within just couple of years. But when the game gets finished, it has a great potential to be way better than just some p*rn game to play for few hours. There's story, lore, interesting characters, pretty decent writing, world building, and the voice acting was a pleasant surprise for an adult game. Just don't forget to switch to ue5-beta branch for the actual game.
