This is the worst version to play San Andreas. I only play it for the achievements and never touching it again. Stick with the original version. GTA III is the "best" from the Definitive Edition and kinda Vice City. But San Andreas is garbage lol, it feels sooo mobile gaming, so many things are wrong and non-practical and frustrating while playing. Buy the Definitive edition if you want to hunt the achievements or else stay with the originals.
