The Sony Corporation has tried to grip this game with their greasy fingers. The great playerbase has managed to prevent this terrible fate. Hate the big corporation, do not hate the indie dev team who made a great game.
Despite all the dramas surrounding this game, the actual gameplay and idea of the game is worthwhile and certainly worth the try.

Above all else, Spill Oil.

Extremely fun game, 'back to the roots' Vibe to it. Similar to Battlefield 2 [simple leveling system - weapon leveling makes sense]

Also big point to make is as of july 2023, no unnecessary micro transactions.

Simple wave fighting game, fun to play every so often.

Amazing game, Was one of those types of games i typically 'put to sleep' because of development.

Really feel like its a mix of Squad and Foxhole [if Foxhole was a FPS, and squad wasnt as detailed]

perfect game for those not wanting anything too serious, but could be serious if they want to be.

An amazing game. Truly worth the money even if full $60 , lots of fun playing with and meeting new friends.

my only gripe is everyone stealing my trucks tanks and supplies >:(

This game is addicting for all the right reasons. Interactions with players are unpredictable and amazing at the same time.

Teamplay is very fun, especially when 90% of the playerbase uses Voice Chat [ingame]

Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun Persistent warfare where you can fill any role, or focus on one.

On your first couple of days, though, its more than likely you will be a 'frontline' soldier, learning the ropes and **do not be afraid to ask anyone near you for help/advise** the community generally is very helpful.

Honestly such a good game. Very refreshing even though its a game i've played years ago for a very long time.
So far as of release date the ranked quickmatches are very fun. The metas players are coming up with are very interesting.

If you love Command and Conquer there is no reason you shouldn't get this game.

Actually one of the best Space Game Sandbox Survivals ive ever played. Its simple and almost entierly dated Grahics somehow add to the amazing uniqueness of this game. I have nearly 1500 hrs over about a 3 year period. Highly reccommend HWS Server if you buy this game as a new player wanting multiplayer. There are so many levels of things to be explored here without the feel of forced 'great' graphics/mechanics. its very simple. you start in an escape pod, grab a couple starting items and eventually become large enough to control whole star systems/galaxies if you have the numbers. very enjoyable Experience all around.

Give it like 2 years , maybe. DayZ knockoff with robots.


PVP is just as bad as dayz was in year 2 of development.
