BL2 is a great game.
In some aspects it's better than the first Borderlands, but in some other it's not better. In my opinion, I like things in BL2 like the graphics, the story and some of the characters. On the otherhand, I prefer the first game(Borderlands) beacuse of some great thing like the Story, the Characters, the Areas... everything!

In conclusion Borderlands 2 is not a bad game, it's great, but not better than Borderlands :D
