Amazing game. The only problem with it is the bad stuttering at times. I have a fairly high end CPU(r5 5600x) and a monster GPU(RX 6900xt) and the game runs at 4k 60 fps. However, there are times when I drop to 10 or less fps and the game becomes very difficult to play. Thankfully that only happens sometimes, and generally goes away quickly. I did find one spot of the game where any time I looked at one exact spot of the map, my frame rate tanked. But thankfully this was in a dungeon.

Fun little game with fairly deep and compelling game play.

Really fun card game. It's pretty hard, but that just makes it more fun!

Lots of others seem to be having performance issues right now. I fixed mine right away, and the game runs at 60 fps 98% of the time at 1440p with my GTX 780. That said, if you can get around the issues right now, the game itself is pretty fun. It's relaxing and looks nice. The graphics aren't great, but the the art style is beautiful. I don't see tyhe issue with the "inventory management" a lot of others have had. I just stopped picking up the worthless stuff the first hour, and after a few suit upgrades, no issues. The animals are all pretty nice so far, with a nice mix of different planets to explore.

Game of the Year 2016! I'm kidding, but this series is incredible. I own EDF 2025 onPS3, and now I own this on PC. I'm not going to lie. It's a pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ port. I mean, it runs flawlessly. But the only graphics options are AA on or off, texture filtering, shadows on or off, and resolution. Fullscreen or windowed. I would like to see them improve upon these things for their next game, but as the game is now, it's a ton of fun, and I'm having a blast. The community is pretty nice too, made a few new steam friends.

Buy this game if you like intense over the top action, fun and completely unique class gameplay, cheesy b movie plots, and of course. Killing lots of huge insects, giant monsters, and giant robots!

Most enjoyable wave based shooter yet. The difficulty jumps a lot in the sewers, but so far, that's my only gripe with the game.

I played Portal when it first came out, nine years ago now. And it was a great game. A bit short, but wonderful. This sequal was even better. The length was just right, much better puzzles than the first one, lovely new characters and mechanics were added. I have to say, this is one of the best games I have ever played.

This game is ugly, the combat is clunky, and having to squeeze the controllers so hard on the grips is a terrible design choice for holding items. After all that is said though, the game is still fun, and it's a fairly nice world to explore. A few updates to holding weapons, maybe some increased texture resolution, and this game would be worth a good 5-10 dollars. But hey, it's free, so no reason to not give it a positive for the fun I had with it.

Early Access Review
I beat the first two chapters of this game, and it was an incredible two hours. I had a blast fighting all the creatures, and using the different items. However, the asking price is a bit steep for just two hours of content, I don't think I missed any secrets either. The difficulty is also very easy, I only died once, and that was due to the Inventory system not being great for speed, however, it's a great system none the less.
