I don't play on steam for one I use the actual launcher. I cant count how many hours I have on this game.. I am certain I have well over 20,000+ hours in this game from the start of 08 till to this date I played. I usually play End-game now because I have not the time I used to have to play this game. but its a Beauty... Old graphics or not the game always brings back nostalgia for me. I have every possible PL's in the game and am doing R8-10's everyday since Reaper came out. I got to say it never gets boring, it has something for everyone. I will recommend this game only if you can find people to group with and Dungeons crawl the vast world of Eberron, Forgotten realms, Ravenloft, and Feywild. if you had the chance last year getting the deal that the game was for free for 4 months and they given out the adventure packs up till the gatekeepers it's defiantly worth it. otherwise it's a bit of a grind to even get the Packs/ Expansions for the game but you can do it for free.
anyway I hope that this game will be alive when my kids get older because I sure want to show them the memories I've experienced in this beautiful game as I did when I first played when I was 8 years old.
