For FREE??? This game is incredible. Big fan of silly little fellas doing silly little things, adoring how well this game treats arthropods (my whole team is crabs, lobsters, and scorpions), and while I don't normally enjoy extraction style games this feels just forgiving enough to make it not bother me at all. Developed by a single person AND all of this great gameplay is completely free? Sign me up again and again.

I loved this game, but it has become nearly unplayable due to the bots. The bot hosters threaten, DDoS, and DOXX anyone who speaks up against them, and Valve continues to allow this behavior and, in fact, reward it, as the largest bot nets are using the game as a source of income. It's time they did something about it.

Microtransactions in a $70, single-player RPG? Nah, get out of here with that nonsense.

If you value yourself at all, play this game. It took me only about 20 minutes to beat what's here, but in those 20 minutes I got some of the most fun game play I've had in the past year. Play this now, and beg them to make a full thing out of it that we can throw money at.

This game is incredible. It takes every great thing from Remnant: From the Ashes and supercharges it. Interesting, unique weapon and mod concepts? Check. Fascinating worlds with their own riveting stories? Check. I don’t get what people are saying about performance issues, I’m running on High settings on a fairly old machine and am having absolutely zero issues. My only complaint is that there isn’t MORE of it. I would love to explore more new worlds or even just re-visit more than one world from the first game, but I’m sure all of that will come eventually as DLC. Pick this up at the first chance you get, honestly.

This game has quickly climbed to an all-time great rouge-lite for me. Nearly every change they made to the formula between DD1 and this game is an improvement. The consistent hero class options, the chapter structure, the improved quality of the already amazing art direction. The game just hits for me.

I pre-ordered No Man's Sky, and was incredibly disappointed at launch just like everyone else.

However, Hello Games has more than proved themselves to me. No Man's Sky has become an incredible exploration game on par with Elite Dangerous and Subnautica. With the Origins update, they've even added the giant sand worms that I wanted from their old trailers way back when. I 100% recommend buying this game if you need something to just relax with.
