modders are doing their best to fix the game when square enix clearly didn't check the game enough before release.... wishing i hadn't bought this. it's absolutely not worth it in the state it's in right now... all the other bad reviews pretty much sum up my experience... i'm definitely not buying the next one since i know once it comes to pc it'll be broken too. after 100+ hours of gameplay with technical issues aside : yeah this game is not as great as people say it is either... way too many dumb design choices in this game. for example the gliding for the chocobo in cosmo canyon ... everytime i'm starting to really enjoy my time they do something extremely dumb that ruins everything all over again. i LOVE ff7 but rebirth is not it at all

Kinda sad that yet again modders had to do square enix's job of optimizing the game and making it smooth but other than that , i like this game. yes it's missing a lot of FF elements but it's still good. and story wise it's an ff through and through yes at first it feels more like game of thrones but things change not gonna spoil it. i'm close to finishing it i highly recommended . at the very least it's not " the worst ff ever " as so many people claim it to be , that title should be reserved for ff15 xD

Do not buy this game , not only is the game not allowing crossplay but multiplayer is region locked so if the game is not popular in your country multiplayer is impossible for you . and multiplayer is the main focus of this game , even the devs said so ....

the compiler takes so long even on an ssd and the worst of it is that the time the compiler took actually counts as gameplay time on steam wtf ? can't even refund the game now ...

nice game filled with smurfs bots and cheaters. yes i know i could stand to improve but how can you when one out of three matches you get one of those i just mentioned it's just really annoying.... and of course there's nothing really done to regulate this so i'm just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ for nothing. Edit : 2023 ♥♥♥♥ is even worse... very obvious lag switchers every 2 matches you can't even rank up . i only managed to get 2 banned and now i keep getting hackers every game , guessing i'm targeted now . really hope tekken 8 won't be like this cuz jesus christ these hackers are suckin all the fun out of playing this game

game is good. Right now i think it's missing a tutorial since that would be helpfull and then also a lock on feature . can't stand not being able to choose precisely which enemy to attack

Great game, only bad thing i can think of in it is the ♥♥♥♥♥♥ camera angles during battles! They get so bad sometimes.

( PLEASE READ THE REVIEW TO THE VERY END !!!!!! ) obviously the game is good , just downloaded it . But i'm having an issue. i can't record gameplay of type 0 HD using Open broadcaster software , any help ??? scratch that , this port is bad actually i really want my money back .... this looks nothing like the ps4 and xbox one versions. the graphics are all messed up, the fps goes crazy , HUD not showing gamepad buttons, etc ,etc ... REALLY SQUARE ENIX. and one might say yeah you're pc is just bad , oh trust me it's not , i have a gtx 980 .... quad core 3.5 ghz processor , and so on... FIX THIS SQUARE ENIX !!!!!!!!!!! i can't recommend this to any human being as long as theses issues are not fixed ...

The game itself is awesome , i played it a little bit on psp and on ps4 ( it looked good to me on ps4 ) But THIS PORT RIGHT HERE .... MAN ... it really makes me want to punch babies.... I will wait in hope that squares fixes all this ♥♥♥♥ , in the mean time not playing it. Already thinking about getting a refund but i'm not sure yet . Ok i managed the fix all the problems with this game thanks to nvidia settings ( by the way for those using laptops , you're laptop , might be using the intergrated gpu instead of your high performance gpu , then force all the nvidia settings to maximum And change the game's brightness , if it's too bright the graphics go bad. If many people ask i might do a tutorial , anyway yeah back to a positive review but still we shouldn't have to look around like that to fix this game )
