I am simply addicted to the stories this games creates.

I'm enjoying the game so far.

This is a great strategy game. Hits the sweet spot between being simple or too complex. I love the army management and progression.

I really like the setting and athmosphere of this game. I love the challenging mechanics - combat, archery and even the save game system create possibilities to explore new strategies. I don't mind the occasional glitches, these are digestible in large scale open-world game.

BUT...

There are really MAJOR bugs in the main questline. I curently got to the point where I can't progress further (sir Radzig bug). On top of this I discovered when searching the forums that I played half of the game with broken mechanic! Another quest disabled the random encounters previously! The only possible fix to that seems to be replay last 10+ hours of this game :(

I really can't recommend this game in the current state. There were already 2 big patches and they didn't fix the issues above.
I will update this review when it's fixed as I wish to support this developer and I understand they put a lot of hard work into creating this otherwise very original game.

[EDIT] Patch 1.3.1 out and many bugs still remain. I'm dissapointed.
[EDIT] After a year - most of the bugs are fixed.
