I like the funny worm dudes

The incredibly smooth gameplay combined with the outstanding story and dialogue makes it hard to say anything bad about this game. It's fairly short if you only play through it once, but other than that, I have zero complaints.

The highlights of this game are easily its visuals and boss fights. The art style and animation add a lot to the experience of exploring the semi-randomized world. Each boss is very unique, and combat is fast paced and fun. However, it couldn't hurt to have a little more variety in normal enemies. (A lot of the enemies are reused as stronger variants or as mini bosses that change up their attacks slightly.) I enjoyed it enough to play through it twice to get all of the achievements, so it definitely does have replay value. I do wish there was more of a backstory for the protagonist, but the story about the world is rather interesting if you pay close attention. I also would have preferred more music during exploration, but I think the minimal sound is fitting for the environment. Overall, Sundered is a pretty solid game that I 100% recommend.

Great soundtrack, amazing visuals, and smooth movement. This is easily one of the best platforming games I've ever played, and I'm very excited for its sequel.
