Runescape Dragonwilds

It is a survival game set in the runescape. While i agree once you played Valheim, Enshrouded any game of this style of game they are the same with a different skin. With that being said they all have there uniqueness as well. This ones uniqueness is the runes the ability to craft runes and cast magics that help you build,harvest and fight feels unique and the kicker and turn off to that is the magic is not complete no where near complete i would guess. The general melee combat is sort of souls like dodge roll parry attack special attack very similar to Valheim. and Range combat is not really in the game either u can make a bow and shoot thing but there are no skills attached to it yet so were waiting there as well.

With all that being said the biggest reason why i picked up this game was because it was a runescape title and it did not disappoint in the fact that it is a runescape game. Though for most people this is a wait to buy title give it a few months see where its at ill update my review once more stuff is released.

In short

Buy if u want to give an early access game a try.
Don't buy if your expecting a complete game.

So ya I'm just gonna call everyone out real fast.... IF YOU HAVE 100+hours in this game and you gave it a negative review what are you expecting... The average play time for a game is 30 hour on the high end. you spent over 4 days playing this game and its bad, get real. Yes it does have optimization issues that need to be fixed but all in all its a great game. your showing it from your hours of play. With that said if you have reservations about the game give it a month or so and check back in on it. If you want the game get it you'll have fun. Everyone also has a 2 hour trial period to figure that out as well. The party system is a little wacky at 1st but once you figure it out it works fine.

THIS IS FOR HTC VIVE WAND USERS ONLY: The game does not support them. it is built for Valve index controllers the game will still work with vive wands but controls are really janky and you cannot remap them. it is still playable with Vive Wands but the experience is bad. if they add support for Vive wands i would be more than happy to change the review but honestly kinda think its ridiculous that they don't have an option to use the controls properly. It can't be that hard to add a controller preset that works with Vive controls with 90% of the stuff works fine.

Game time starts when origin starts not the game over play time can’t refund due to this steam will not work with me on it either, can’t get the game to a playable state with a 2070super

Still one of the best RTS games ive ever played

This games pretty sweet if you like micro managing i enjoy it pretty simple once you learn to play
