Returning player, last played years ago.

Paid $75AUD For Final Shape, then paid another $36 for the legacy pack on sale (normally $105).

Thought I was all caught up, which I should be after spending over $100 ($180 full price) so you can imagine my surprise when I couldn't do any of the dungeons, which request another $30 of Silver each. I honestly feel scammed, this isn't what the game was like when I left it and it's not clear to new or returning players that this cost is even there. It's scummy practice, there is no mention of dungeon keys in their DLCs on steam, they are hidden in the Silver Store in game, I assume they do this to avoid paying Steam/Xbox/Sony any fees. But as a returning player, it's disgusting.

bungie is greedy as hell but you know cdkeys exists right?

I like Destiny 2, but you're 100% right about how greedy Bungie is, there's far too much old content still locked behind paywalls, And when you consider how much paid for content has been vaulted, effectively taken away from people that paid for it it just compounds their greed.

As for "avoid(ing) Steam/Xbox/Sony...fees" They get those fees from the silver purchases as silver is purchased through those platforms.

You said it yourself, you haven't played in years, those Dungeons are what people like myself paid for when they first came out, why would they let that be free? It was at one point an "expansion".
