Highly promising game with potentials to even dethrone the Sims series, but not that much playable at the current state (with its lack of QoL, bad optimization, bugs/glitches, etc. that you can check on other reviews).

On the other hand, its character creator and building mode is one best I've seen implemented so far for a life-sim game - just requiring more the variety of content and cosmetics to be able to top it all off.

If you're buying the game for gameplay, hold it off for now. But if it's for character/building-making, go full steam ahead!

Great game, good devs. Bad publishers still remain though.

Actually puts "role-playing" in role-playing games that certain AAA game devs don't evne bother taking note of.

FTL, meet Amogus and Oxygen Not Included - a must buy as such! I'd say it's a pretty, thrilling and addictive fun experience so far - haven't played a game this much since RimWorld.

I'd say it's one of the best single-player action-adventure experiences, can be repeated nicely/uniquely multiple times with mods and stuff. Nothing I could complain much about the story and that, with the only problem is that it's abandoned to rot without any more official additions/updates that could make it better as such.

But on the other hand, multi-player experiences - especially on the official servers, not so much. You're very likely to experience long-loading times, random disconnections and other technical issues that would ruin your playing experience all of a sudden.

Not to mention - cheaters and hackers dominating the place, as the system intended to fight them doesn't even work - as it's likely to ban the people that aren't doing anything of cheating and hacking at all. It's as if the mode is milked and designed to profit off your wallet than to have fun with your friends like it was back in early 2010's days.

Only recommended to play the multiplayer (which is the likely reason for you to buy this game anyway) if you've friends and other trusted players to do so in your own solo/friends-only public lobbies, otherwise it's gonna be one hell of an experience.

It's a real good addition and change to the game, though the rate how authority rate decays is way too fast even in casual - if this was IRL we wouldn't be having WHO within the first months of the pandemic, lol.

Think of a solo Demolition Company with a douse of anarchism, vandalism, terrorism and robbery, then combine that with some of the best voxel-based engines and destruction that world has to offer as of this moment the review has been made. What do you get? Teardown.

The reviews here got it pretty much covered, and even at this phase of early access, the game feels more complete than certain AAA-quality games recently released right now. What this game needs now is more mod, custom map and workshop support, and this game could pretty much become the next Kerbal Space Program but focused for and on crashing and demolition physics. A demolition and destruction expert's dream, I can say - and you could get easily adapted to the gameplay and story as you play more of it for later.

While at it, you'd need to have a mid-high specs and higher PC to play at it. With my current GPU (GTX 1060 6GB) meeting its minimum specs, it should at least run at around 30-50 FPS on full graphics settings (without V-Sync) in 1080p FHD. I can imagine it not being much different for the same GPUs around the same range as mine, and this having much better and optimized performances for higher-end based GPUs.

The only issue so far I've faced so far for this game is motion sickness - even if you're an experienced FPS and the like gamer with thousands of hours spent in them, you're really guaranteed to get one in a prolonged playthrough of this game. Literally be prepared to have headaches and dizziness as you play this game!

I even got myself to take a nap for my first playthrough due to that. But besides that, I've to say the price for this game's pretty much justified and worth it to spend on the long run assuming the developers seek more to improve and refine this game as time goes on later as such!

Essentially it's a COVID-19 simulator for NYC within a few weeks.

It's like a more "family-friendly" RimWorld, but 2D. It's more of trying to surviv- I mean avoid pіss and other liquids from your colonists than it is a story generator though. It's basically a nice innovative combination of freedom, depth and randomization that makes each playthrough from this game unique and breathtaking.

I'd like to have planets and other planetary bodies in the future, because why not?
